The Spring Volunteer Fire Department Station number 78 provides emergency services to approximately 125,000 people. The fire station features MBCI SuperLok standing seam metal roof panels and artisan series metal soffit panels. The fire station worked with Joiner Architects, Cotton Roofing and Brookstone Construction. Joiner designed the station to accommodate the growing community.

It was important for the structure to have low maintenance costs through the energy performance of the building envelope. Metal was selected for its weather resistance, strength, and aesthetic. SuperLok holds numerous UL580 ratings, as well as air and water testing approvals. The facility’s design was so well received that it was replicated three times.
