News We announced today that Cornerstone Building Brands has entered into an agreement to acquire Union Corrugating Company Holdings, Inc. (UCC), headquartered in Fayetteville, North Carolina. UCC is a leading provider of residential metal roofing, metal buildings, and roofing components including the Union Corrugating and Reed’s Metals brands.
