If your existing R panel roof is in need of replacement or repair, MBCI has the low-cost solution for you. Retro-R® can be installed directly over your existing R panel roof. And, because it has a factory-applied vapor barrier on the underside of the panel, it minimizes condensation and helps protect against rust transferring from your existing panel to the new Retro-R® panel.

MBCI worked with Perspectiva Architects and Tip Top Sheet Metal, both of Houston, on the new Lone Star College in Conroe, Texas. The Lone Star College-Conroe Center includes two of MBCI's panel profiles. The roofing system consists of 9,000 square feet of its Double-Lok® 24-ga. standing seam roof panel coated in MBCI's Signature® 300 Silver Metallic. It also includes 10,000 square feet of the 24-ga. Artisan® Series in Silver Metallic. The simplicity of the Artisan Series panel allows for uniform dimensions and a clean appearance.
