MBCI offers both finish warranties and weathertightness warranties. The finish warranties include the Bare Galvalume® and Galvalume Plus® Warranty, the Signature® 200 and Signature® 300 paint warranties and a Technical Bulletin about Saltwater and Marine Atmospheres.
MBCI offers several different types of weathertightness warranties and was the first company in the metal roofing industry to offer a Single Source™ warranty. Single Source™ Warranties put the complete burden for proper installation of the roof system* on MBCI from the date of substantial completion. MBCI offers three levels of Single Source™ Warranties depending on the level of project the building owner requires.
*Roof system is defined as the MBCI furnished roof panels, flashing and related items used to fasten the roof panels and flashing (including roof jack and curb attachments pre-approved in writing by MBCI) to the roof structure.
