LokSeam Series Panel

LokSeam 12

LokSeam® is a snap-together SSR system for use on roofs with a minimum slope of 3:12. Panels can be installed over open framing or a solid substructure and are capable of transitioning from roof to fascia with the use of a rib cover.

  Construction 448 Minimum 24 gauge panels, 18" maximum width. Rigid insulation, plywood or OSB and gypsom board are available. 22 gauge metal deck is required.
  Construction No. 303 Minimum 24 gauge panels, 18" maximum width. Rigid insulation, OSB and gypsum board are available. 22 gauge metal deck is required.
  Construction No. 342 Minimum 24 gauge panels, 18" maximum width. "Loadmaster" mineral board and a metal deck are required.

  Construction No. 261 10" wide panels only. 0.032 aluminum or minimum 24 gauge steel. 16 gauge purlins spaced 36" on center for 0.036 aluminum, 48" on center for 24 gauge steel or 60" on center for 22 gauge steel.
  Construction No. 445 Minimum 24 gauge panels, 12" maximum width. 16 gauge purlins spaced 48" on center for 24 gauge panels and 60" on center for 22 gauge panels. 3" vinyl insulation is available.
  Construction No. 446 Minimum 24 gauge panels, 18" maximum width. 16 gauge purlins spaced 48" on center. 3" vinyl insulation is available.
