This profile panel is a water-shedding system and can be used for roofs and mansards only when installed over a water-proofed solid substructure with a minimum slope of 3:12 roof slope. The roof panel makes complicated transitions without the necessity of unsightly flashings by using transition filler. Slope changes from roof to fascia to soffit are made with one continuous pan and batten. A concealed clip securely locks the batten to the panel while allowing for expansion and contraction.
Minimum 24 gauge steel or 0.032 aluminum panels. 16 1/2" maximum width. 22 gauge metal deck is required. 1/2" plywood or OSB, rigid insulation and gypsum board are available.
