The MBCI Metal Institute - Certified Installer Program
Certified Installer Requirements
The following items must be mailed to Maria Ontiveros, MBCI, P. O. Box 38217, Houston, TX 77238. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.
• Completed Application, must be the signed original. Each individual must complete his or her own application. Application must include the signature of the Owner/Officer of the company.
• Proof of liability insurance (250,000 minimum).
• Proof of workers compensation insurance.
• Each individual must list five previous metal roofing projects with the following information included: Project name, Address, Phone Number & Contact Name.
• Actively involved in the installation of metal building products for the three years immediately preceding this agreement (Owner/Officer signature on the application provides this proof).
• Payment. See application for course fees. Make check payable to MBCI.
